Where are you from?: I am from a little town in Wisconsin called Kenosha. It’s about 35 to 45 minutes outside of Milwaukee.

How long have you been making music?: I started in 2006 as a local engineer and have been making music for about two years as a singer/rapper. [Really] almost half my life can you believe that.

Do you feel like you’ve developed your sound?: Yea in ways, but I also feel like I have learned so much from so many others. I feel like I have been working at building a unique sound. Barry White of Trapsoul, yet also reminiscent of those gritty & beautiful nightlife vibes. I'm really just getting in my bag and I cannot wait to see how far I can take this.

Describe your musical style in three words: Late Night Vibes.

If you had to write a novel based on your life what would the name of it be?: “Don’t Forget Yourself”. There is a double entendre there as we get older I feel I have seen so many forget who they are what their passion or true love really is, but also the title means to me that life is more than catering to other folks' happiness. That is something I would tell the younger me. I spent so much of my life living and giving for others that it took so long for me to understand it’s okay to be selfish. It’s okay to love myself and it's okay to put myself first.

What is a quote that you were told or that you came up with that you will never forget?: To keep it a hundred “don’t be weak”, one of my old friends Jason Davis came up with that. It really instilled a sense of pride back then and even to this day.

What are your three biggest accomplishments up to this point?: Find my true passion in life, the love of my life, and a job that I love no matter how stressful it gets.

Who are the artists that influenced you to make music?: For this sound and feel that to me just captures my heart, I would have to say D’Angelo, Sade, Eli Sostre, & Chaz Bundick.

What is some advice you’d give to an independent artist trying to develop their sound?: Don’t be afraid to be true to you don’t even second guess it for a moment because look man people are going to tell you no. You just gotta truck through and keep believing in yourself cause nobody can take that from you. [Also] get your business in order and understand the lingo and terminology used in this business, if you don’t your just opening doors to get played.
